Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of princessroomus.com and any purchase you make from Princess Room LLC (“Princess Room,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display products and pricing accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method. A binding contract is formed only when we accept and ship your order.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Airwallex. By submitting an order, you authorize us (through Airwallex) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. See our Payment Policy for details.

5. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these Terms. In summary: an order may be canceled only before it ships and only once we confirm the cancellation in writing; after shipment, the return process applies; and used, opened, installed, assembled, or damaged items that can no longer be sold as new are not eligible for refund, except where the law requires.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Princess Room LLC and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

7. Customer reviews & submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Site. Reviews are collected and verified through Judge.me and must be honest and lawful.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Princess Room LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Princess Room LLC from any claims or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico.
