Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for orders placed on princessroomus.com with Princess Room LLC.

1. Payment provider

All payments on princessroomus.com are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Airwallex. Airwallex handles card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards; Princess Room LLC does not receive or store your full card details.

2. Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Airwallex. Only the payment methods shown at checkout are active. We do not accept Shopify Payments as a payment method.

3. Currency

All transactions are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

4. Authorization & charges

By placing an order, you authorize Airwallex, on our behalf, to charge your payment method for the full order total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

5. Billing information

You agree to provide accurate, current billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified or is declined, or if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use.

6. Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

7. Installments / “Buy Now, Pay Later”

Where an installment or “Buy Now, Pay Later” option (such as Klarna’s “Pay in 4”) is displayed and available at checkout, it is provided by an independent third-party provider. Any such option is subject to that provider’s eligibility criteria, approval, and terms, is not guaranteed for any customer or order, and its installment schedule and any fees are set by the provider, not by Princess Room LLC. Availability may vary, and an option shown on our marketing pages is offered only if and when it appears at checkout.

8. Security & fraud prevention

Transactions may be screened for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails verification or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
