At first, I had a problem with my mirror, which arrived damaged. The return process took longer than expected, which was a source of worry. Despite that, customer service stayed attentive and finally found a solution. My mirror was replaced and I received it today in perfect condition, without any defect. It's gorgeous and completely matches my expectations. I especially thank Sophie for her follow-up, her availability and the solution provided.
