RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PRINCESS ROOM LLC

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made on www.princessroomus.com and deliveries within the contiguous United States (AK/HI/PR by special quote).

2) 30-Day Returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging (all parts/hardware/manuals/crating), and resellable. Returns require prior authorization (RMA).

3) Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email support@princessroom.fr with your order #, photos of the item and packaging, and the reason.

  2. If eligible, you’ll receive an RMA and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of RMA approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping and insurance.

  • LTL/heavy items (vanities/large mirrors) must ship on a pallet/crate. We can arrange a pickup on request; two-way freight may be deducted from the refund.

5) Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (inspection/repack/warehouse handling).

6) Non-Returnable Items

Used/installed items; missing or damaged original packaging; custom or special orders; clearance/final-sale items; damage from improper handling/installation; items returned without RMA or beyond 30 days.

7) Damage/Shortage on Delivery (Freight & LTL)

Inspect within 48 hours of delivery. If visible damage or missing parts:

  • Note it on the carrier receipt, take photos/videos, and email support@princessroom.fr within 48 hours with your order #.

  • Keep all packaging. We may repair, send parts, or replace per carrier/manufacturer procedures.

If not reported within 48 hours, items may be treated as conforming except where prohibited by law.

8) Defective Items

If defective (not transit damage or misuse), contact us within 30 days. We may troubleshoot, send parts, or exchange. Restocking fees don’t apply to confirmed defects.

9) Exchanges

Eligible items can be exchanged subject to availability. Exchange shipping applies unless due to our error/defect.

10) Refund Method & Timing

After inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days after approval). Outbound shipping is non-refundable.

11) Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours if the order hasn’t shipped. After shipment or after a carrier appointment is scheduled, cancellations are processed as returns.

12) Refused/Undeliverable Deliveries

Refusals or undeliverable shipments (wrong address / missed appointments) may incur return freight plus the 15% restocking fee.

13) Warranty

Unless a written limited warranty is expressly provided on the product page, products are sold “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights may vary by state.
